SF flotation machine
This flotation machine can spontaneously inhale air and ore pulp. It is fitted with a pre-aeration tank that is resistant to blockage and favorable for froth recycling. Its double-blade impeller delivers effective agitation for bottom coarse sand.
The machine boasts the following advantages: high air suction capacity, low energy consumption, horizontal layout, free from froth overflow, appropriate impeller peripheral speed, extended service life of the impeller cover plate. The dual upper and lower fixed ore pulp feeding design promotes the effective suspension of coarse-grained minerals.
Selection Notes
When placing an order, customers shall clearly specify the model and quantity, along with the following details:
- Configuration scheme and feeding mode
- Number of scrapers and drive configuration (right-hand drive or left-hand drive)
- Number of feed chambers, intermediate chambers and coarse ore chambers
- Any additional special requirements
Important Notice
The product is supplied without an electric control cabinet.
Flashboard fabrication will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s drawings. Electrically actuated flashboards are adopted for large-scale flotation machines.
